Sergey Victorovich Ulyanov

usv.jpgHe was born inRussia, December 15, 1946, and in 1971 graduated fromMoscowTechnicalUniversityon the specialty “Electro-Mechanical Engineering and Automation Control Systems”. In 1974, he got PhD from the Central Institute of Building Construction (Moscow) on the specialty Dynamic of Building Construction on Earthquake Excitations. In 1992, he gotState Dr.of Physics and Mathematics Sciences from theInstituteofPhysical-Technical Problems(Moscow) on the specialty Quantum and Relativistic Dynamic Control Systems.

His scientific interests are in AI control systems with time-dependent random (variable) structures for complex mechanical systems, intelligent toolkit for robotics, fuzzy wise control, SW/HW of fuzzy controllers, intelligent mechantronics, bio-medical engineering, quantum and relativistic control systems, soft computing, quantum algorithms and quantum soft computing.


Litvintseva Liudmila Vasilievna

Was born in 1950 in Baku. In 1973 was graduated from Moscow Physical-Technical Institute, Department of Control and Applied Mathematics on the specialty “Automatic control system”. In 1977 received Ph.D. from Computer Center of Russian Academy of Sciences. The Ph.D. thesis title was: Methods of development and realization of problem- oriented dialog systems, based on natural language.

During 1976-1988 she was working in Computer Center of Russian Academy of Sciences in Artificial Intelligence laboratory. From 1988 to 1997 was engaged in research at Artificial Intelligence Research Center of Program System Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences (Pereslavl-Zalessky).


Vladimir Dobrynin

Dobrynin, Vladimir Nikolaevich - a technical writer. Ph.D., Senior Scientist, Professor.

Has 16 years experience at the Department of Systems Analysis and Management, University of SEI Nature, Society and Man "Dubna". The previous 25 yearshe worked in the geology department head of systems analysis for prospecting and exploration of solid minerals. After graduation he worked in the research of non-traditional methods of control in technical systems.


Mishin Andrei Anatolivich

mishin andrey.jpgMishin Andrei , in 2006 graduated from Physics Faculty of Moscow State University and got the diploma of Physics of low temperature and superconductivity. During the 2002-2006 I also was learning in “Management of innovation department. I entered post-graduate study in Dubna University with research about intelligent quantum control systems and received PhD degree in 2010. For the last 3 years I am working in Dubna Technopark (www.ntpdubna.ru) and my interests are AI control system for railways and practical aspects of project management in security systems and cryptography.


Sorokin Sergey Vladimirovich

sorokin sergey.jpgSergey Sorokin graduated from Tver State University, department of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, with magister of mathematics degree. Several years later he got Ph.D. Degree in Engineering from Tver State University. Now Sergey Sorokin is working on software development for Intelligent Quantum & Soft Computing R&D Group and assistant professor at Tver State University, department of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics.


Vladimir Moroz

Vladimir Moroz - the project manager. Participated in projects to develop informationsystems Rosatom. The developer of semantic search engine's "question-answer-response." The developer of the method of blanket testing software. Over 10 yearsteaching at the Department of System Analysis and Management Studies (Computer Graphics, Three-dimensional computer modeling, computer technology analysis of dynamic systems, design software MCU).


Slobodskoy Mikhail

Slobodskoy Mikhail - a developer of software and hardware controllers.

Scientific research areas: designing software and hardware intellectual microcontrollers.

Academic activity. Teacher "Designing Microcontroller Software" at the Department of System Analysis and Management University of Dubna.


Nefedov Nikita

nefedov.jpgNefedov Nikita Yurievich is a student of the six course of Dubna Universtity. He pretends to be a master at “Theory and mathematical methods of system analysis and management in technical systems”.

His areas of the interest are the soft and quantum computations at intelligent control. Nowadays, Nefedov N.Y. is a project manager of development program toolkit of knowledge base design for intelligent control based on quantum computing.


Petrov Sergey Pavlovich

petrov.jpgPetrov Sergey Povlovich at this moment is a student of the six course of Dubna Universtity. He pretends to be a master at “Theory and mathematical methods of system analysis and management in technical systems”.

His areas of the interest are the soft and quantum computations at intelligent control systems, and also quantum pattern recognition and quantum visual cryptography. Nowadays, Petrov S.P. is a project manager of the quantum face recognition system development.


Polunin Alexey

polunin.jpgPolunin Alexey Sergeevich - 6th –year student of International University of Nature, Society and Man “Dubna”, is trained in a magistracy under the program «the Theory and mathematical methods of the system analysis and management in technical systems».
Areas of scientific interests: quantum and soft computing in intelligent control systems. In the present time participates in the project "development of hardware-software architecture of system iLDPC coding for increasing of reliability NAND Flash".
